- 1 kg Diced potatoes
- 2 tbsp Vegetable salt
- 1 liter Water
- 1 diced Onion
- 1 diced Mild coconut fat
- 1 diced Xylitol / xylitol
- 1 diced Sugar
- 1 diced Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Lentils should be watered the evening before.
- Sauté the diced onion in the coconut oil and brown a little. Then add the diced potatoes and the softened lentils (rinse again beforehand).
- Add the vegetable salt and the water and let the whole thing simmer for about 30 minutes, then the potatoes and the lentils are done.
recommendation
- We also like to eat this a bit sweet and sour, i.e. with a little vinegar, we like to take apple cider vinegar and xylitol / xylitol to taste
