Potato and Lentils Sweet and Sour

  • 1 kg Diced potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable salt
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 diced Onion
  • 1 diced Mild coconut fat
  • 1 diced Xylitol / xylitol
  • 1 diced Sugar
  • 1 diced Apple Cider Vinegar
  1. Lentils should be watered the evening before.
  2. Sauté the diced onion in the coconut oil and brown a little. Then add the diced potatoes and the softened lentils (rinse again beforehand).
  3. Add the vegetable salt and the water and let the whole thing simmer for about 30 minutes, then the potatoes and the lentils are done.
