Potato and Lentils Sweet and Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Diced potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable salt
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 diced Onion
  • 1 diced Mild coconut fat
  • 1 diced Xylitol / xylitol
  • 1 diced Sugar
  • 1 diced Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Lentils should be watered the evening before.
  • Sauté the diced onion in the coconut oil and brown a little. Then add the diced potatoes and the softened lentils (rinse again beforehand).
  • Add the vegetable salt and the water and let the whole thing simmer for about 30 minutes, then the potatoes and the lentils are done.

recommendation

  • We also like to eat this a bit sweet and sour, i.e. with a little vinegar, we like to take apple cider vinegar and xylitol / xylitol to taste
