Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g potatoes
- 1 pack of meatballs
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp curry ketchup
- some milk or water
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 pack of grated Gouda
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Peel the potatoes and cut into medium-thick slices, then boil them in a little salted water. Meanwhile, cut the meatballs into small pieces. Pour the margarine into a cup and melt it in the microwave. Pour the crème fraîche into a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of curry ketchup and a little milk or water, and mix well to make a sauce. The sauce should be salmon pink to light red and slightly thick. Pour the potatoes into a baking dish, top with the meatballs, then the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and bake the dish at 200°C for about 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
