Salad with tangerines and walnuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 small tangerines
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • possibly walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lettuce and cut into strips, then place it in a bowl with the mandarin oranges. Mix the yogurt and the juice of half a lemon in another bowl. Pour the dressing into the salad bowl. If you like, you can also mix a few walnuts into the salad.
