Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 350 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- salt and pepper
- Tomato paste
- 375 ml broth
- 150 g cheese
- 150 ml cream
- 100 ml sour cream
- Garlic
- Thyme
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Boil the potatoes with their skins on. Peel and slice (boiled potatoes also work). Brown the minced meat in a hot pan. Season to taste with spices and herbs, add broth, and then simmer for about 10 minutes. Layer the potatoes and meat sauce in a casserole dish. Grate the cheese and mix with the cream and sour cream. Spread over the casserole. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
