Pumpkin jam with apples and raisins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g pumpkin flesh
  • 400 g apples
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 50 g raisins
  • 50 g almonds (flaked almonds)
  • Ginger powder
  • Cinnamon, ground
  • Clove powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

The pumpkin flesh and apples are cleaned and cut into small pieces. Both are placed in a large pot along with the preserving sugar, raisins, flaked almonds, and spices and brought to a boil. Then, simmer until the apple and pumpkin pieces are soft. Season the jam again with the spices and pour into prepared jars with twist-off lids.
