Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 5 large potatoes
- 2 small onions
- 1 bottle of Cremefine
- 1 cup herb cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some milk
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 2 small garlic cloves
- some tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
with feta
Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes, drain, let cool slightly, then peel and slice. While the potatoes are simmering, brown the minced meat in a pan without any fat, dice the onion and garlic, and add to the minced meat. Add tomato paste and stir well. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Once the meat is well-cooked, stir in the Cremefine and cream cheese, along with a little milk to prevent the sauce from becoming too thick. Layer the potato slices in a baking dish and pour the minced meat mixture over them. Finely chop the feta and spread it on top. Bake the casserole at 160°C for about 30 minutes.
