- 500 g Parsnips
- 500 g Potatoes
- 1 shot Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Peel the parsnips and potatoes, cut into small pieces and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes, drain, add the milk and butter and use a potato masher to mash them.
