Potato and Parsnip Mash with Turkey
The perfect potato and parsnip mash with turkey recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Potatoes
- 100 g Parsnip
- 50 g Turkey meat
- 1 tsp Good oil
- Cut the potatoes, parsnips and meat into very small pieces. Boil everything in a little water until soft.
- Pour off everything (^ catch the liquid) and puree. Stir in the oil. Possibly add a little cooking liquid so that the consistency is right.
