Potato and Parsnip Mash with Turkey

The perfect potato and parsnip mash with turkey recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 100 g Parsnip
  • 50 g Turkey meat
  • 1 tsp Good oil
  1. Cut the potatoes, parsnips and meat into very small pieces. Boil everything in a little water until soft.
  1. Pour off everything (^ catch the liquid) and puree. Stir in the oil. Possibly add a little cooking liquid so that the consistency is right.
