Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 stalk(s) celery
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes and dice them. Cut the bell peppers and celery into 1 cm wide strips. Place the potatoes in a pan and add water until they are just covered. Season with salt. Boil the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes, then add the celery and bell peppers and continue cooking until the potatoes are tender. The water should have almost completely evaporated during this time. The bell peppers can still be crunchy. Season with paprika and tomato paste. Tip: Adding more water makes a delicious stew.
