Potato and salmon skewers

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, small
  • 6 slice(s) smoked salmon
  • 2 sprigs of dill
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • ½ box of cress
  • Salt
  • Pepper, ground
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook and peel the potatoes. Finely chop the dill, trim the cress, and mix with 100g of crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Wrap the smoked salmon around the boiled potatoes, thread it onto a wooden skewer, and serve with the crème fraîche.
