Potato and sausage casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 large potatoes
  • 1 can of sausages (mini sausages, e.g. Mini – Wini’s)
  • ½ pack of cream cheese spread
  • some broth, instant
  • 1 pack of cheese (pizza cheese), grated
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pre-boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes. Then peel them, cut them into thin wedges, and place them in a casserole dish. Add the mini Wini sausages. In a small saucepan, melt the cheese with a little water and the broth and add it to the casserole dish with the potatoes and sausages. Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C for about 30-45 minutes.
