Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bell peppers, 1 red and 1 yellow each
- 800 g potatoes (boiled potatoes from the previous day)
- 4 pieces of bratwurst (90 g each)
- 50 g margarine
- 100 g onion(s), chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, clean the peppers and roughly chop them along with the potatoes and sausages. Heat the margarine in a pan. Add the peppers, potatoes, sausages, and onions and fry everything for 8-10 minutes. Stir gently occasionally. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finally, sprinkle with parsley and serve. Serve with a colorful salad! It’s quick and delicious! Tip: Instead of sausages, you can also fry pork sausage or Cabanossi!
