Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 potato(s), depending on size
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 ml Cremefine for cooking
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- e.g. Parmesan or other cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and layer them in an ovenproof dish (if you prefer thicker slices, pre-cook the potatoes). Arrange the tuna and halved cherry tomatoes on top. Mix the egg, Parmesan, and Crème Fine cheese and season with salt and pepper. Then pour the mixture over the potatoes. Bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
