Potato casserole with vegetables, tzatziki and tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 cans of tuna, natural
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 small bell peppers
  • 150 g peas (frozen)
  • 700 g potatoes, boiled, sliced
  • 500 g herb quark (tzatziki)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 125 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Clean and dice the bell peppers, and mix with the diced onion, drained tuna, corn, peas, and potato slices. Whisk the milk with the tzatziki, season with salt and pepper, and toss with the vegetables. Spread everything in a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
