Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 m.-sized potatoes
- 3 m.-large carrot(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- ⅛ celeriac
- 3 large gherkins
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp, heaped dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
- salt and pepper

Boil the potatoes with their skins on in salted water and then chill. Meanwhile, peel the carrots, celery, onion, eggs, and apple. Grate the carrots and celery and place them in a large bowl. Finely dice the bell pepper, eggs, onion, cucumber, and apple and add them. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes and add them to the bowl. Add the yogurt and herbs, mix gently, and season with salt and pepper if desired. Delicious with fish and meat.
