Potato and Zucchini Meat Sausage Skewers

The perfect potato and zucchini meat sausage skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Waxy potatoes / here: 3 pieces
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 300 g Ham sausage
  • 250 g Zucchini approx. 250 g
  • 5 Wooden skewers
  • 0,5 Cup Sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 5 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Chive rolls
  1. Peel the potatoes, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) for about 20 minutes, drain, rinse in cold water and cut into slices (about 1 cm thick). Peel off the ham sausage and cut into slices (approx. 1 cm thick). Wash the zucchini, peel with the decorative peeler and cut into slices (approx. 1 cm thick). Thread all ingredients (zucchini slices, potato slices and ham sausage slices) alternately on wooden skewers (makes approx. 4 – 5 pieces). Fry the skewers in a pan with sunflower oil (½ cup) on all sides until golden-brown and season with mild curry powder (2 teaspoons) and coarse sea salt from the mill (5 big pinches). Serve the potato-zucchini-meat sausage skewers sprinkled with a tomato and chives rolls.
