Zucchini Filled with Sausage Meat & Cheese
The perfect zucchini filled with sausage meat & cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Braised tomatoes:
- 1 greater Zucchini round
- 4 Coarse sausages / coarse pork sausages
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 150 g Grated Emmental
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 tsp Smoked chili paste
- 1 tsp Telly cherry pepper
- 1 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
- 200 g Tomatoes
- 200 g Zucchini
- 200 g Fresh thyme
- 200 g Fresh basil
- 200 g Fresh rosemary
- 200 g Sage fresh
- 1 shot Vinegar
- 1 shot Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Wash the zucchini, clean, halve, quarter and hollow out. Pick up the filling!
- Halve the paprika, clean and wash, dice finely. Peel the sausages and knead well with the diced paprika, 100 g cheese, seasoned salt, garlic pepper and chili paste. Press the mixture evenly into the zucchini quarters and press the quarters again into the grated cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees!
- Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove the stalk and dice. Also dice the inside of the zucchini, wash and chop the herbs. Mix everything well with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, place in a baking dish and put zucchini quarters on top!
- Put in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes! Let cool a little and then serve!
- If you eat normally, you can serve it with rice! 🙂
