Potato Bolognese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 shot of oil
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious! Spaghetti Bolognese (seasoning base)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

with spice base

First, wash and chop the potatoes, then boil them in salted water for about 50 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat in the hot oil for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Pour 300 ml of water over the minced meat and stir in the seasoning. Bring to a boil briefly. Serve the potatoes and pour the Bolognese sauce over them.
