Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized potatoes
  • Salt
  • olive oil
  • mayonnaise
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Parsley
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • possibly paprika powder or chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and boil the potatoes, but don’t let them get too soft. Then slice them and fry them in olive oil until golden brown. For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Fold in the potatoes. If you like it spicy, add paprika and/or chili!
