Ingredients
 

Potato cakes:

  • 375 g Boiled potatoes or jacket potatoes
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 1 piece Onion, diced
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 1 tbsp Soup seasoning
  • 1 piece Chilli pepper, red or green
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Pickled green pepper
  • 1 tbsp Potato spice or steak seasoning
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Iodized salt
  • 3 Splash Soup seasoning

other non-vegetarian supplements optional:

  • 4 piece Mushrooms, diced
  • 4 tbsp Ham, diced
  • 1 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 4 tbsp Grated cheese

Instructions
 

prepare:

  • Pre-cook and cool the potatoes [from the day before] and cut them in half.

2 Teile:

  • 1. Cut the first half of the potatoes into 2 cm cubes (this roughly corresponds to the thickness of the meatball). Mash the second half and mix with the egg, flour and diced onions, some soup seasoning, spices, herbs and chopped chilli.

Shape and fry meatballs:

  • Finally stir the two masses carefully and loosely and put them in a cool place for 10 minutes so that the consistency solidifies a little. Then form dumplings with your hands or a spoon and carefully fry them on both sides in the hot, coated pan with clarified butter, turning them several times, and let them brown slightly.

  • Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, barbecue items such as steaks and fish, green salad, barbecue sauces and sour cream, herb butter, and much more. Can also be ideally combined with Swiss cuisine and Mexican cuisine.
