Ingredients

  • 3 Redfish fillet
  • 3 Trout fillet
  • 3 Salmon fillet
  • 3 Cod fillet
  • 1 Egg
  • Lemon pepper
  • Flor do Algarve
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 teaspoon 8 herbs
  • 1 disc Toast
  • Breadcrumbs
  • You can find the recipes for potato salad and tartar sauce in my cookbook

Instructions

  • First of all, the fish has to be well dry. Then cut the fish very tiny with a sharp knife, mix all types of fish, dice the toast slice and knead into the fish mixture, chop the onion and add the herbs and the egg and add the spices and knead everything vigorously. Now fold in enough breadcrumbs until the fish mixture no longer sticks to your fingers, form meatballs and let them rest for 30 minutes.
  • During this time you can prepare a great salad and tartar sauce.
  • Then slowly fry the meatballs in hot fat and serve everything with a lemon wedge.
  • The meatballs were my first attempt, I always thought it wouldn't work without a meat grinder, but it works. They were delicious and eaten in no time ....
