- 1 kg potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 5 onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- rosemary
- olive oil
- Salt

Baked potatoes with carrots, peppers and rosemary
Peel the potatoes, depending on their consistency, or just wash them thoroughly. Cut them into wedges and place them in a bowl, oiling them with rosemary and olive oil. Wash the peppers and carrots, cut them into strips, add them to the potatoes, and oil them as well. Spread them out on a baking sheet and season with salt (you don’t need to use all the oil on the sheet). Peel the garlic and arrange them whole cloves among the vegetables. Peel and slice the onions, and toss them with the rosemary and olive oil, but it’s important that they are on top of the rest. Now place the tray in the oven at 180°C for 1-1.5 hours. Suitable as a side dish for 4 people or as a main course for 2 people.
