Potato Casserole with Chicken Breast and Mozzarella

Ingredients
 

  • 8 Jacket potatoes
  • 1 Chicken breast fillet, cooked
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 20 Green leavened olives, pitted
  • 200 g Grated mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan

*** Sauce ***

  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 3 Garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Dried rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices, cut the chicken breast and peppers into cubes. Halve the olives.
  • 2nd sauce: Mix all ingredients together, season well.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  • Place one hook of the potato slices in a baking dish (brick-like) one on top of the other, spread half of the peppers over it, over half of the olives and half of the chicken breast. Sprinkle evenly over half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
  • In the same way, layer the second half of the ingredients, except for the mozzarella and Parmesan, in the baking dish and press lightly. Now pour the sauce evenly over the layered ingredients into the baking dish.
  • Finally, distribute the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan evenly on top.
  • Put the casserole dish in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes until a nice, dark golden crust forms.
