- 1 kg potatoes
- 500 g minced meat
- 250 ml cream
- 250 ml water
- 2 tbsp herb cream cheese
- 500 g leek
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

Peel and dice the potatoes. Combine the cream, water, cream cheese, and seasoning in a saucepan, then add the potatoes and cook over medium heat until tender (approx. 20-30 minutes). Meanwhile, brown the minced meat, onion, leek, and garlic in a pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until cooked through. Then layer the potatoes in a casserole dish, alternating with the potatoes, starting with the potato and cream pieces. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake everything at approximately 180°C for approximately 20-30 minutes.
