Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 lamb chops
- 8 tbsp oil
- 1 m.-large lemon(s), the juice
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- possibly cheese (Gouda), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
In a bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, spices, and herbs. Marinate the lamb chops overnight. Grill the drained chops for 4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese after turning, if desired.
