Potato Cheese Soup

The perfect potato cheese soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 kg Potatoes
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 200 g Cooked ham
  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Dried marjoram
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Roasted onions
  • 2 Hot dog
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in the vegetable stock with the cleaned and cut soup vegetables, parsley and spices.
  2. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in oil until translucent, dice the ham and add everything to the vegetables.
  3. Stir in the processed cheese, let it melt and puree everything with the hand blender to make a creamy soup, serve with fried onions and a sausage.
