Potato Cheese Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 1,5 kg Potatoes
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 200 g Cooked ham
  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dried marjoram
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • 2 tbsp Roasted onions
  • 2 Hot dog

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in the vegetable stock with the cleaned and cut soup vegetables, parsley and spices.
  • Peel and dice the onion and sauté in oil until translucent, dice the ham and add everything to the vegetables.
  • Stir in the processed cheese, let it melt and puree everything with the hand blender to make a creamy soup, serve with fried onions and a sausage.
