Potato Cheese Soup
The perfect potato cheese soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1,5 kg Potatoes
- 1 bunch Soup vegetables
- 1 Onion
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 200 g Cooked ham
- 200 g Processed cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Dried marjoram
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Roasted onions
- 2 Hot dog
- Peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in the vegetable stock with the cleaned and cut soup vegetables, parsley and spices.
- Peel and dice the onion and sauté in oil until translucent, dice the ham and add everything to the vegetables.
- Stir in the processed cheese, let it melt and puree everything with the hand blender to make a creamy soup, serve with fried onions and a sausage.
