- 1 Kg Potatoes
- 1 Kg Leek
- 1 Kg Kohlrabi
- 400 g Processed herb cheese
- 2 liter Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- Marjoram
- Peel the potatoes and kohlrabi and cut into cubes, cut the leek into rings and cook everything in the vegetable stock until cooked, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir in the processed cheese and let it melt, and use a hand blender to make a soup.
