Potato – crab – raclette

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aged
  • 250 g crabs (deep-sea crabs)
  • 1 bunch dill, fresh
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil potatoes, peel, and slice. Thinly slice or grate cheese. Wash and drain crab. Wash dill, pat dry, and cut into strings. Place some potato slices and crab along with some cheese in a small pan. Season with salt and pepper and bake. Garnish with dill strings.
