Potato cream soup with salmon

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 250 g soup vegetables
  • 250 ml cream
  • n. B. smoked salmon

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook all ingredients (except the cream) until tender. Then puree, add the cream, and serve the soup in portions. Garnish with a few strips of salmon, if desired.
