Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ kg potato flour
  • 1 pack of mashed potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Waldviertler potato dumplings made easy

Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Form dumplings with wet hands and boil in plenty of salted water for about 20 minutes. They’re perfect with any meat dish with sauce.
