Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • Caraway seeds
  • Salt
  • 1 cube of soup
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 pairs of sausages
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the raw potatoes and dice them. Chop the onion, roast it, add the paprika, and deglaze with 1 cup of hot water. Add the caraway seeds, salt, and possibly stock cubes, the potatoes, and pour in the water until covered. Cook until the potatoes are tender. Mix the flour with a little water, add it, and bring to a boil. Add the sliced ​​sausages and sour cream, stir to combine, and the dish is done! Tip: Let it stand overnight—it tastes even better! Serve with bread rolls.
