Pasta salad with smoked salmon and apples

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (e.g. penne, croissant-shaped)
  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 1 apple
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp horseradish (jar)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and cool. Cut salmon into thin strips and drizzle with lemon. Cut apple into thin wedges and drizzle with lemon. Wash and trim spring onions and slice diagonally. Mix everything together. Mix together crème fraîche, yogurt, and horseradish. Season with salt, the remaining lemon juice, and pepper. Pour over the salad and toss lightly.
