Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g potatoes, waxy
- 200 g cream
- 1 apple, sour
- 50 g Emmental cheese
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 tsp mustard, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the cream, mustard, garlic, and grated Emmental cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes and apple and slice them thinly. Then add them to the cream and mix. Transfer to the casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
