Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- Butter, in flakes

Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, and slice. Rub a baking dish with a halved garlic clove and place a layer of potatoes in it. Sprinkle the three spices over the potatoes. Then layer some cheese on top. Repeat this process until all the potatoes are used. Mix the yogurt with salt, pepper, and mustard and pour over the casserole. Place knobs of butter on top. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 220 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
