  • 100 g processed cheese, natural 30% fat
  • 1 large garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tbsp, streaky sauce thickener, light
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Bring the milk, cheese, and garlic to a boil while stirring. Thicken with a sauce thickener and bring back to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. This dish isn’t just delicious with pasta; it’s also delicious with vegetables.
