Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 400 g potatoes
- 400 g sauerkraut
- 300 g feta cheese, Greek (goat + sheep)
- 1 pineapple
- 20 g ginger, ready to cook
- 85 g olives, green with peppers
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, Condimento Bianco
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (tamari)
- Cheese, goat cheese or medium-aged Gouda
- Paprika granules
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely grate the potatoes. Coarsely chop the sauerkraut. Dice the feta. Finely chop the ginger and olives. Coarsely grate the cheese. Mix everything from low-fat curd to tamari and pour into three ovenproof dishes greased with olive oil. Cover with cheese and sprinkle with paprika granules. Bake in a cold oven at approximately 160°C (convection oven) for approximately 50 minutes. Preheat oven to approximately 180°C (top and bottom heat) and bake for 35-40 minutes.
