Ingredients
- 1,5 kg Potato freshly peeled
- 300 ml Liquid cream
- 1 packet Grated Edam
- 10 slices Zucchini
- 4 Cocktail cherries
- 50 g Ham cubes
- 2 Spring onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Mix the cream (I used cooking cream) with salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic ((best to add the cheese here, then it will spread better!))
- I filled 2 smaller molds with the potatoes to try out and a large one for the rest. In one small one I worked the zuccini slices under, the other small one I sprinkled with diced ham, and the rest of it went into the large bowl; then add the cream and cheese and cook in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 °.
- Then put the spring onion cut into rings on the ham cubes and the sliced tomato on the zuccini and a little cheese as a topping. - and put in the oven again for 10 minutes.
- My husband loved the hearty gratin with ham, my daughter liked the one with zuccini - as I said - something for everyone.
