Ingredients
 

  • 2 Onions
  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • Salt pepper
  • 1,2 L Meatsoup
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onions, chop them finely and fry them with the minced meat in a large saucepan in the heated oil. Wash the cauliflower and cut into florets, wash the potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes. When the minced meat is fried crumbly, season with cayenne pepper, paprika powder and salt / pepper.
  • Add cauliflower and potatoes, then pour in enough stock to just cover everything with liquid. With the lid closed, simmer for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked. Finally stir in the processed cheese. Season with nutmeg, salt / pepper and serve. If you like it creamier, you can either go through briefly with the potato masher, or z. B. use some cornstarch to tie.
