Cottage Cheese Casserole with Mandarins

  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 60 g Soft butter
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder
  • 1 tbsp Semolina
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Can Tangerine preserve
  • Fat for the shape
  1. Drain the canned fruit. Mix all ingredients except for the fruit and carefully fold in the fruit. Grease a baking dish, dust with breadcrumbs if necessary and spread the quark mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes
