- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 60 g Soft butter
- 40 g Sugar
- 2 piece Eggs
- 1 packet Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder
- 1 tbsp Semolina
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Can Tangerine preserve
- Fat for the shape
- Drain the canned fruit. Mix all ingredients except for the fruit and carefully fold in the fruit. Grease a baking dish, dust with breadcrumbs if necessary and spread the quark mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes
