Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g ground beef, medium fat
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- ½ onion(s), grated
- 2 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 4 m.-sized potatoes
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 250 ml water
- e.g. salt and pepper

Place the minced meat in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients. Take walnut-sized pieces of the mixture and shape them into meatballs. Peel and slice the potatoes. Slice the tomatoes as well. Layer the meatballs, potato slices, and tomato slices in a casserole dish as desired. For the sauce, combine all ingredients until smooth. The sauce is then poured over the casserole. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 60 minutes, until cooked through.
