Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 30 g wild garlic
- 30 g Parmesan
- some salt and pepper, colorful, freshly ground
- e.g. chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
Soften the butter. Wash the wild garlic leaves, remove the stems, and dry thoroughly. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Cut or tear 30g of wild garlic leaves into pieces. Purée with the Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, and some freshly ground pepper using a hand blender. If desired, add a little chili powder. Add the softened butter in portions and blend until smooth. Transfer to a tightly sealed container and let stand, preferably overnight. For storage, roll into rolls and freeze, wrapping in cling film.
