Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g jacket potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped
- 1 pointed cabbage
- 150 g sour cream
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Peel and slice the potatoes. Dice the onion and garlic and sauté in oil. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add the tomato paste and pieces, and simmer slightly. Trim, rinse, and chop the pointed cabbage. Mix the sour cream with the cream. Place the cabbage in a dish, add the minced meat, and cover with the potatoes. Pour over the cream and cream (mixed) and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
