Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

alkaline, vegan, GAT-compliant

Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Split the leek lengthwise and wash it. Then split the halves again lengthwise and cut crosswise into short strips. Finely dice the onion. Heat the fat in a pan with a lid and sauté the onions. Add the potato cubes and fry, turning frequently. It’s okay if some roasting aromas develop. Add the leek and continue stirring/turning. If the potatoes still have too much bite, put the lid on and finish cooking at a low temperature. Add salt if desired. This potato pan can be eaten as a main course or as a side dish. Note: The cooking time depends on the size of the potato cubes.
