Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g potatoes
  • salt water
  • 2 onions
  • 70 g bacon, streaky
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil, neutral

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel and wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Peel and dice the onion. Dice the bacon and fry in a pan. Add the onions and sauté. Press or mash the potatoes, mix with the egg yolk, butter, and a little salt. Then add the bacon and onions, along with about 3 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley. Form the dough into small balls and fry in a little oil until golden brown.
