Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g potatoes
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 50 g ham, diced
  • 200 ml mineral water
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the peeled potatoes until tender, let them cool, and mash them. Combine the flour with salt, pepper, eggs, cream cheese, diced ham, mineral water, milk, and finely chopped chives to form a dough. Add the potato mixture and mix everything well. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Makes about 6 medium-sized potato pancakes.
