Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 potatoes
- 3 tbsp chickpea flour
- Salt and pepper, black
- Oil for frying

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and finely grate the potatoes. Mix with three heaped tablespoons of chickpea flour and season with salt and a little black pepper. Then, in batches, add a tablespoon of potato batter to the hot oil, smooth it out, and fry until golden brown on both sides. I fry three potatoes at a time in a 28cm pan. Then place them on a plate lined with kitchen paper. This way, they won’t be so oily afterward.
