Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1 large onion(s)
- 250 g bacon, streaky
- 250 g cheese (Gouda)
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and grate the potatoes and onion. Dice the bacon. Grate the cheese using a coarse grater. Stir the eggs, diced bacon, and cheese into the potato mixture and season with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil.
