Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 m.-sized potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 150 g diced ham
- 150 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- little fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel, wash, and grate the potatoes, then place them in a bowl. Add the eggs, ham, and cheese and mix well. Finally, season with pepper, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Fry in a nonstick pan until golden brown on both sides. When baking, you’ll only need a little fat in the pan for the first few potato pancakes, but no more afterward.
