- 500 g potatoes
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper

Onion and cream fried potatoes
Peel the potatoes, cut into chunks, and boil for about 20-30 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper and fry until crispy. Peel the onion, dice it, and sauté it in a little fat in a pan. Add the cream to the pan and simmer with the onions for about 5 minutes. Season the cream sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Add the potatoes and let the sauce reduce. Once the sauce has reduced sufficiently, remove the pan from the heat and let it rest with the lid on for 5 minutes. Mix again and serve.
