Potato pancakes with salmon and dill sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of ready-made potato pancake mix
  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon), sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp dill, tips
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the potato pancakes according to the package instructions. Arrange the salmon slices on a baking sheet or similar and heat gently over low heat (approx. 75 degrees Celsius). It will become slightly milky when it reaches room temperature. While the pancakes are baking, stir the sour cream in a bowl until creamy and season with the spices and dill. We then made sandwiches out of them. One potato pancake, one slice of salmon, a little of the dill sauce, and cover with another potato pancake.
